lack of amenities

absolutely disappointing experience! My "superior" room was basically a glorified lobby with the 'charming' noise of breakfast and reception. Also, where was my bottle of water or anything to make my stay special? I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t. No real elegance here, just a lovely facade for a very noisy stay.
